Registration Information:

GHS NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION

You may register your child from 8:30 - 12:00 and from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. on the following dates:
July 29, 2010
July 30, 2010
August 2, 2010
August 3, 2010
August 4, 2010


Required Documents:
Child’s Birth Certificate,
Child’s Social Security Card,
Child’s Mississippi Immunization Compliance Form,
Two Proofs of residency,
Legal Paper Work if needed (custody, adoption, name changes, etc.)

GHS RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION

You may register your child from 8:30 A.M.- 2:30 P.M. on the following dates:
July 12-July 16, 2010
or
July 19-July 23, 2010


A parent or legal guardian of each student must bring two proofs of residency, a picture ID and the student’s birth certificate to the school and update their student’s information page. (9th grade students to the 9th Grade Office and 10th-12th grade students to the Main Office)

SCHEDULE PICK-UP FOR NEW STUDENTS 10TH - 12TH GRADES

Date: Monday, August 9, 2010

Time: 8:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.- Guidance Office (Students may stay for Orientation in Auditorium @ 1:00)

SCHEDULE PICK-UP FOR RETURNING GHS STUDENTS

Date: August 6, 2010 9A.M.- 3 P.M. in Attendance Office (10th - 12th)

August 9, 2010 9A.M.- 3 P.M. in Attendance Office (10th - 12th)

August 11, 2010 Old Gym for 10th-12th grade students

NINTH GRADE AND NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION

Date: Monday, August 9, 2010

Time: 1:00 P.M.

Orientation will be in the GHS Auditorium, followed by ninth grade schedule pick-up.

Schedule pick-up for new 9th graders who did not attend orientation will be at 8:00 a.m. August 11th in the 9th grade lobby.

AP Class Summer Assignments

Anyone taking an AP class next year should have recieved their summer assignments on May 4, 2010. However, if you were not able to pick them up or if you have lost them, please click here or go to the "students" tab in the menu for your assignments.
